 3          Each        Egg Yolks
1          Tblsp       Cold Water
1          Pinch       Cayenne Pepper
1/4       Pound      Butter, (1 stick) at room temperature                                                               
1/4       Tsp.         Salt
1          Tblsp       Lemon Juice (reconstituted Real Lemon is OK)
